Contractor shall provide Premium Level maintenance and servicing to the main Pharmacy Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) and outlining clinics. The requirement includes one GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus STD located at the Main Pharmacy Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310; one each GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus SPE located at the WAMC Pharmacy Annex, Robinson Clinic, and Byars Clinic; 19 GSL Four Drawer IntelliCabs distributed among the Main Pharmacy, WAMC Pharmacy Annex, Robinson Clinic and Byars clinic; one GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus SPE located at Joel Clinic and one GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus SPE located at Clark Clinic; 7 GSL Four Drawer IntelliCabs distributed among Joel Clinic and Clark Clinic. Premium Level includes maintenance and servicing for all components of the GSL IntelliCab Will Call Prescription Management System, all calls and on-site support, periodic updates and upgrades to the latest release of the GSL IntelliSys Operating System.
