The 502^nd  Contracting Squadron at JBSA Randolph, TX hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to GSL Solutions Inc., on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 502nd Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the IntelliCab Will Call Management System which includes delivery, installation, training and a one year warranty. GSL Solutions is the sole source provider for GSL's Will Call Intellicab System and is the only company which incorporates RFID technology into the pharmacy workflow at JBSA, TX.  They are also the only company that makes a dispense cabinet that can be put on the Air Force network; a network that is compatible across all of JBSA San Antonio among all military installations.  GSL Solutions does not sell any of its products or services through a reseller or distributor.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE the intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 339112 with a Size Standard of 1000 employees.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-001.

F.O.B. Destination

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within six days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 502ndContracting Squadron.

A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the 502^nd Contracting Squadron. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
