This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a "Request for Proposal" and is NOT set-aside for small business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61.

This is a "Brand Name or Equal" requirement in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 which includes an evaluation sheet for determining equality to the Salient Characteristics of the solicited Brand Name, or equal, item. The evaluation process to be used is "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable."

This is an "Open Market" requirement. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price "Purchase Order" as result of this solicitation. If an offeror submits a quotation based upon an FSS or GWAC contract, the Government will accept the quoted price. However, the terms and conditions stated herein take precedence in any resultant Purchase Order, not the terms and conditions of the offeror's FSS or GWAC Contract.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112.

The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, North is seeking to purchase one (1) each GSL Intellicab and accessories. All interested companies are asked to provide a quotation/offer for the items listed in this solicitation.
