Notice of Intent to Sole Source:

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Veracyte, Inc. The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1 April 2018 - 31 Mar 2021; Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will also be included in the contract to be used if necessary. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511, Medical Laboratories. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 321511 is $32.5M.
