U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN GALLIPOLIS, OH The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 5,980 rentable square feet in Gallipolis, Ohio under Solicitation for Offers GS-05B-18320. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,200 usable square feet to a maximum of 5,460 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. At least 22 parking spaces must be available for government use only. The space must be available in the fall of 2010 and located within the city limits of Gallipolis, OH. The space currently leased by the using agency can meet the new requirements with alterations and will be considered, however the Government is interested in any alternate locations that can fulfill the requirements at a lower rental rate. Alternate locations will take into account added costs associated with the physical relocation and added tenant improvements. Lease term: Ten (10) years firm.
