Delineated Area Facility shall have paved street access within 1/4 mile of the main arteries listed as follows: Bighorn Avenue-Powell Highway on the north, Beacon Hill Road on the east, 8th Street on the west, Greybull and Meadow Lane Avenue on the south. Also to include Belfry Highway extending northwest of Cody, Yellowstone Ave/West Strip extending west of Cody, and the Meeteetse Highway extending south of Cody.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
