This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this notice. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) NO. AG-4283-S-08-0026. Quotes/offers are due on or before close of business August 7, 2008. Late quotes/offers will not be considered. Quotes/offers received after date set for receipt of quotes will be rejected. Description of Requirement: Grow and deliver approximately 660,000 containerized wiregrass seedlings to the USDA, Forest Service, Osceola National Forest, Baker County, FL in accordance with attached terms and conditions and specifications. Evaluation: Award will be made based on BEST VALUE to the Government, price and other factors considered.
