The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to identify qualified insurers (“Proposers”) to provide fully-insured Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) Medicare Advantage offerings, with and without enhanced Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, for Anne Arundel County Government Medicare-eligible retirees and Dependents of retirees. Self-insured health programs for employees, dependents, and retirees are not a part of this solicitation and were obtained via an earlier solicitation.
