CITY OF GRESHAM GROUNDWATER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PACKAGE NO. 9 Proposals due 2:00 pm, December 6, 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 23-13 The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services for the design of a waterline in NE Sandy Boulevard and NE Airport Way, based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. Written Proposals, submitted electronically as a signed PDF, will be received by Wendy Andaya, P.E., Project Manager. Department of Environmental Services, via email at [email protected], until Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM local time. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be retained unopened.
