CITY OF GRESHAM GROUNDWATER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PACKAGE NO. 6 Proposals due 2:00 pm, August 17, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 21-47 The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services for the design of a pump house at Kirk Park, Cascade Well No. 9 (Well 9) and the associated raw water piping from Well 9 to the Rockwood Water PUD offices on NE Halsey Street, based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. Sealed Proposals, in writing, will be received by Wendy Andaya, P.E., Project Manager, Department of Environmental Services, Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030, until Tuesday, August 17 at 2:00 PM local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be retained unopened.
