CITY OF GRESHAMGROUNDWATER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Bids Due 2:00 pm, May 2, 2023 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 23-27 PACKAGE NO. 5The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services for the planning and design of a water treatment facility, pump house and ancillary facilities at the Cascade Well No. 6 (Well 6) site and the associated distribution piping from Well 6 to the Rockwood Water PUD and City of Gresham distribution system on SE Stark Street, based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. Sealed Proposals, in writing, will be received by Jason Branstetter, P.E., Senior Engineer, Department of Environmental Services, Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030, until Tuesday, May 2nd at 2:00 PM local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be retained unopened.
