AMENDMENT 001:  A one-time Site Visit will be offered on May 12, 2020 by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Contact:  Adrienne Levine, at 907-269-2589 to schedule.  No unscheduled visits will be accepted.  There is no extension to the bid due date. 

The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notification, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide grounds/landscaping services at the FAA Anchorage ARTCC in Alaska, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms conditions and wage rates.

This is a Small Business Set Aside.  The applicable NAICS code for this project is 561730.  Housekeeping/landscaping.
