Killeen ISD is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide grounds keeping equipment as outlined in the specifications within this RFP. This contract will be effective on or around March 15, 2022 through March 14, 2023. and will automatically be extended for four (4) years in one (1) year increments unless either party provides notice not to renew 90 days prior to renewal date. Vendors awarded this contract will be utilized on an as-needed basis. District employees will reach out for an official quote at the time of need. This request for proposals is not for a specific project. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via the electronic bid system. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is stated in the Event Details. The District will not respond to questions after this time and date.
