The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey has a requirement for grounds services at the Branford United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), located at 777 E. Main Street, Branford, CT 06405. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items necessary to provide ground maintenance services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The basic services include mowing, trimming/edging and contractor manpower reporting (CMR). The Contractor shall ensure grass is cut, site must be trimmed and edged and CMR IAW PWS. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, both TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSAL which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation within a few days.
