NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this is effort is 561730, Landscaping Services.  The Small Business Administration small business size standard for NAICS code 561730 is $9.5 million annual average receipts (total or gross income) over the past three years.

DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance and landscaping is performed at the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building, in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

SOLICITATION INFORMATION: The solicitation is expected to be available on or about June 1, 2023.  The proposal submission date and time will be contained in the solicitation package. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the information on the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov/. This solicitation package will be posted on SAM, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov/.
