The Southwest Idaho and Nevada Acquisition Center anticipates awarding one contract with option years for grounds maintenance /landscape services at the McCall and Krassel Ranger Districts and the Payette National Forest Supervisor's Office and Daycare Center in McCall, ID.

THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR AROUND JUNE 27, 2014.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and supervision, services necessary to perform grounds maintenance at the McCall Ranger District Office, Krassel Ranger District Office, the Payette National Forest Supervisor's Office, and the Payette National Forest Daycare Center in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The antipated period of performance for the base year will be July 21, 2014 through April 30, 2014. The option periods, if exercised, will be May 1 through April 30 of each year.

This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 561730-Landscaping Services. The size standard is $7.0 (in millions of dollars).
