The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey has a requirement for grounds maintenance support services at the BEAVER FALLS USARC, 9060 Marshal Road, Cranberry TWP, PA 16066-3606. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, plants, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide mowing and trimming/edging services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All grass cutting equipment will arrive at the site with mowing blades in a sharp condition. Mowing shall include areas identified in the site map. Visually prominent areas of the site must be properly trimmed and edged one (1) time per month during the growing season, or as directed. All walks, fence lines, plazas, and roadway curbs adjoining turf areas shall be cleanly edged/trimmed and consistently maintained throughout the growing season. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a nine (9) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, both TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSAL which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation within a few days.
