This Project includes renovations to the office and installation of a new secure vestibule. Upgrades to the flooring, ceilings, doors and hardware and lighting throughout the school. This project is scheduled to commence this coming summer and be completed at the end of August 2022. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Each Bid Proposal must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. Each Bid Proposal must also be accompanied by certified check, cashier’s check, money order or bid bond made payable to the School District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount(s). Hard copies of these documents must be made available to Turner/GPPSS prior to contract award to any successful bidder.
