The intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the reconditioning and armoring the invert of a 16 foot diameter sectional plate culvert pipe in Grindstone Creek on Forest Service Road 23N02. Major items of work include, but are not limited to: de-watering of the site, pressure grouting of existing voids below the culvert invert, placement of a reinforced concrete liner with steel ribs along the culvert bottom, placement of a reinforced concrete cut-of wall at the culvert outlet, reconstruction of eroded fill slopes, and placement of Class 7 riprap at the outlet.

PRICE RANGE: $100,000 - $$250,000

ESTIMTED START DATE: August 15, 2011 with 45 days of contract time.

REQUIRED RESPONSE: Solicitation will be a request for proposal requiring both price and technical proposal responding to the evaulation criteria as shown in the solicitation which will be posted on or about July 21, 2011
