CITY OF GRESHAM GRESHAM DEEP DRYWELL PILOT PROJECT Bids due 4:00 pm, December 16, 2021 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CIP SW00015 Sealed bids for the GRESHAM DEEP DRYWELL PILOT PROJECT will be received at the front desk in the main lobby of Gresham City Hall, 1333 N.W. Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030, addressed to ROBERT STAHLE, until THURSDAY, DECEMBER 16TH, 2021 AT 4:00 PM local time. Late bids will be retained unopened. The bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter just outside the front doors at Gresham City Hall. The Engineer's Esti mate for this project is $136,000 to $221,000. The character of the work is the instal lation of a deep drywell. The major quan tities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY, MEASUREMENT, ITEM 1 LS, Deep Drywell Installation The Project Manager for this project is Robert Stahle, Engineering Technician Senior, Stormwater Division, Department of Environmental Services 503-618-2621, [email protected]. The project completion date is April 30th, 2022. Contract terms, conditions and specifi cations may be reviewed at the office of the Department of Environmental Services at Gresham City Hall. The apparent low bidder will be required to have a copy of the applicable edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Stand ards. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for GRESHAM DEEP DRYWELL PILOT PROJECT" and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
