This is notification to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for a Land Survey project, Greenhorn Puzzle Cadastral Survey. Responses to this announcement will be considered for selection. Firms desiring consideration shall submit completed Standard Form (SF) 330 for this project no later than May 6, 2009. Estimated start date is June 1, 2009 with a project completion date of December 31, 2009. Retracement survey includes marking and posting of approximately 4.4 miles of National Forest boundary between existing property corners. Boundary includes Mineral Surveys. Maintenance of approximately 5.0 miles of existing National Forest boundary already marked and posted. Maintenance of approximately 53 property corners. Preparation of Record of Survey and Land Corner Recordation forms. Optional retracement survey includes marking and posting of approximately 2.85 miles of National Forest boundary and maintenance of 24 property corners. Option work includes monumentation of 6 new property corners. All work requires preparation of Record of Survey and Land Corner Recordation forms. Optional work dependent upon additional funding. Project location: T10S R35E, W.M. Sections 14, 15, & 22 (MS 555 & MS 998) – approximately 0.73 miles of marking and posting between existing property corners; approximately 1.94 miles of existing boundary maintenance. T7S R44E, W.M. Sections 33 & 34 – approximately 2.30 miles of marking and between existing property corners. T8S R44E, W.M. Sections 2 & 4 – approximately 3.06 miles of existing boundary maintenance; Sections 3 & 10 (MS11) – approximately 1.36 miles of marking and posting between existing property corners. Optional work T7S R44E, W.M. Sections 28, 33, 34 – approximately 2.85 miles of marking and posting. Firms responding will be evaluated on the following selection criteria: 1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory completion of required services, including licensure in the State of Oregon of the Registered Professional Land Surveyor in responsible charge of project. 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. 3) Experience and qualifications of proposed project personnel and the amount of time the Registered Professional Land Surveyor will spend in the field on this project. 4) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required timeframe. 5) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules. 6) Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project.
