The project is bounded by Elkhorn Blvd to the north, Interstate 5 to the south, SR 99 to the east, and Metro Air Park to the west. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction in a complete and satisfactory condition as shown on the following contract improvement plans generally described as follows:
