CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ADVERTISEMENT BID OPENING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2021 EP 20/21-04 GRASSY PLAINS PARK COLOR COATING FOR BASKETBALL COURT AND TENNIS COURT ESTRELL DRIVE The City of East Providence is soliciting proposals from companies with outdoor court coating expertise. The existing courts are located at the Grassy Plains Park complex across from 144 Estrell Drive. The court area consists of recently placed hot mix asphalt. It is our intention to color coat the courts with an acrylic sport sealcoating product. The courts consist of one (1) basketball court, two (2) tennis courts, and a circular court consisting of hockey and futsal. The required construction services shall include all labor, equipment and materials required to color coat recently paved basketball, tennis and deck hockey courts. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The envelope needs to be marked BID EP20/21-04.
