The City is soliciting sealed Best Value bids from qualified all-purpose tow services with vehicle storage facilities to provide the Grapevine Police Department one vendor for emergency and non-emergency wrecker services as described in the bid specifications on an as needed basis. The contract shall be for an initial three-year period with options to renew for up to two successive twelve month terms by mutual agreement of both parties. The bid will be awarded to the bidder who will provide the services at the Best Value to the City as noted in the evaluation criteria and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code, Title 8.
