The City of Grapevine, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the City) seeks proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced website redesign firms. The intent and purpose of this bid is the Grapevine Police Department is seeking a qualified vendor to redesign its current website. Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive. All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed.
