The U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Veterinary Services Laboratory, (NVSL) intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Topaz Technologies, 9601 Amberglen Blvd., for Granite Software, Mobile Vet and VMS Software curently installed on Central Server. The software product is proprietary and only Topaz can provide the maintenance, technical support and Mobile Vet. The software was originally purchased in September 2005. This contract will be for a base year and 4 one year options. This is not a reques for competitive proposals; however interested companies may submit an affirmative response to the requirements within 3 days from the posting date of this notice to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon reponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored.
