The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and incidentals necessary to complete required services. This contract will have a base year and four option years.

The building is approximately 10,000 sq. ft., which includes offices, training room, break room, exercise room, ready room, cache, operations room, men's restroom, women's restroom, hallways, entryways, drinking fountain area, and supply room. Cleaning Hours: The performance of typical cleaning may take place between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. The hours shall not be changed unless authorized by the Contracting Officer.
