This procurement is sole source to EWA Government Systems, Inc.,13873 Park Center Road, 5th Floor, Herndon, Virginia 20171. EWA Associates previously completed the classified preliminary analysis needed to establish the systems and equipment that will be used in this series of tests. Due to the classified nature of the work, the data gathered cannot be shared.
Any firms believing that they can provide the service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the testing without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
