GPS Equipment - BLM - Utah The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah seeks a vendor to furnish GPS equipment. The GPS equipment is to be delivered to the BLM Color Country District Office located at 176 East DL Sargent Dr. Cedar City, UT 84721. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is L17PS00602 and it is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 01/19/2017. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing under which, to be a small business, a company must have 1,250 employees or less in in this category. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors applies to this acquisition and any addenda to it are in the attached file regarding Clauses. The method of source selection is LPTA - Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability is determined by meeting the specifications of the GPS equipment needed.
