Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.

•3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered space clearly identifying the locations of all existing and/or proposed windows.
•4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet

•6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet
•7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises.
•8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
