The United States Government seeks to lease class âAâ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,723 rentable square feet in the Coeur DâAlene, ID. The space should yield 9,350 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.
The Government will require twenty-four (24) reserved surface parking spaces.
The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
North: Prairie Ave.
South: Lake Coeur dâAlene
East: 11th Street
West: Ramsey Road and Spokane River
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten) (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 29, 2010.
Second floor or higher space is preferred. Location must be in compliance with federal seismic requirements.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the buildingâs ownership.
