The Contractor shall provide insurance coverage and management of the related services for all the U.S. Government owned official vehicles and trucks located in Mexico City and the American Consulates at Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua; Guadalajara, Jalisco; Matamoros, Tamaulipas; Hermosillo, Sonora; Merida, Yucatan; Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas; Monterrey, Nuevo Leon; Nogales, Sonora, and Tijuana, Baja California, to include the American Consular Agencies at Acapulco, Guerrero; Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur; Cancún, Quintana Roo; Cozumel, Quintana Roo; Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Guerrero; Mazatlán, Sinaloa; Oaxaca, Oaxaca; Piedras Negras, Coahuila; Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo; Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco; Reynosa, Tamaulipas; San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí; San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato and extensive to the locations in the Consular District States. The approximate number of vehicles to be covered are 578 and the approximate number of trucks are 109.

The anticipated performance is for a one base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on the FedBizOpps during the month of October 2012. Please see the RFP for the actual response date.
