The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District intends to award a competitive firm-fixed priced service contract from this solicitation to the responsible Offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation that provides the best benefit to the Government.

All quotes submitted will be evaluated for (1) Technical Acceptability (Experience), (2) Satisfactory Past Performance, and (3) Price. The government will issue award to the Offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price of those determined to meet at least the minimum requirements to be determined technically acceptable & that demonstrates satisfactory past performance.

The work consists of mowing approximately 93 acres of grounds and trimming around trees, buildings, roadways and adjacent parking areas.

Set Aside Codes: This is total small business set-aside. This effort is classified through the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under code 561730 - Lawn Maintenance Services.
