Description:

Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, supervision, management, and anything else required to perform Gospel Worship Music Accompanist Services for the 11:30 Protestant Gospel Community worship service every Sunday at Hope Chapel on Davis-Monthan AFB in accordance with the attached Statement of Work

Work will be completed at the Hope Chapel on Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. Work for the base year shall commence 1 October 2011 and end 30 September 2012. Subsequent option years, if extended, start and end on the same date of their respective years.
