Full HD (1920x1080) cideo camera, with at least 5 megapixel still photo fuction and at least 32G memory capacity (either internal or via micro HDSC card). Video Camera must be capable of mounting on a picatinny rail system, and include internal Bluetooth or wireless remote control function, 170 degree wide angle lens capable of 270 degree rotation, laser sight alignment, built in GPS sensor, internal/external microphone capability, and include USB charging capability. Video camera must be waterproof to a depth of 40 meters or fully operational within a waterproof case offering protection to a depth of 40 meters. Dimensions shall not exceed 98mm length x 60mm height x 34mm width.
