The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau intends to make award to Blast Analytics and Marketing Inc, 6020 W. Oaks Boulevard, Suite 260, Rocklin CA 95765, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR Part 11.105 for an additional feature to the existing Google Analytics Premium software package called "Optimize 360". This is not a solicitation; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than August 10, 2016, by 12:00PM EST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
