The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue solicitation for a contract for selective demolition and partial renovation of the men's restrooms/locker room at Louis F. Garland Fire Academy, Building 3453. 

The Period of Performance will be 150 days after issuance of Contract Award. A solicitation is projected to be posted on or after 5 July 2024. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is 12 August 2024. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government.

The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
