This notice serves as the pre-solicitation notice for the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA) Legal Services requirement to provide legal services for its Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) program. MBS Legal Services will require legal support in connection with the GNMA MBS Program; Tax Law; Intellectual Property; Information Technology; Electronic Commerce; Banking Law; and Litigation Support.
