The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ Contracts Department intends to award a competitive Firm Fixed-Price contract for Ground Mobility Vehicles (GMV) 1.1 Metalwork Assemblies in support of the Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) GMV 1.1 effort. This competitive procurement will be competed amongst FOSOV Kit & Cable Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders. The BOAs are issued under solicitation N68335-13-R-0041 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. This requirement will be for a quantity of one (1) each Pre-Production Universal Radio Mount (URM) GEN II v2 Base Assembly and one (1) each Pre-Production GEN II URM Power Adapter Kit in accordance with Government provided GMV 1.1 drawings, as well as an option for ninety-three (93) each Production Unit URM GEN II v2 Base Assembly and an option for ninety-three (93) each Production GEN II URM Power Adapter Kit.

The North American Industry Classification System code associated with this requirement is 334290. Only current FOSOV Kit & Cable BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. All responsible sources, who have not currently submitted for a FOSOV Kit & Cable BOA or who do not currently hold a FOSOV Kit & Cable BOA, are encouraged to submit a capability statement in response to announcement N68335-13-R-0041 if they would like to be considered for award of a BOA for future requirements.
