The Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission (GMCC) is seeking a one (1) year contract with one (1) Supplier, with an option of up to four (4) one (1) year renewals. The successful Supplier would be responsible for building a tracking system and providing services to support such a system consistent with the tracking system requirements set forth in O.C.G.A. ยง 16-12-213. The successful Supplier would also be responsible for connecting such a tracking system via application programming interface (API) to the State Entity's licensing system and the systems utilized by every entity regulated by the State Entity. Services are to include project management, dynamic allocation of resources, data redundancy, tracking all required data sets, performing complete batch recall tracking, reporting, receiving electronically submitted information, flagging incorrect or altered data, and providing real-time information to the State Entity. The successful Supplier would be responsible for supporting and maintaining the tracking system, as well as providing all required information to the State Entity. In addition, the successful Supplier would be responsible for maintaining the security of the environment in which the data is stored and for operating that environment in a manner which complies with appropriate security frameworks.
