DESCRIPTION: The National Institutes of Health - NICHD intends to procure the services of a contractor to provide (chemical reagent) Glycerol-2-13C, 99 ATOM % 13C needed for analysis of hepatic gluconeogenesis in Colchicine clinical protocol supported by this Bench to Bedside application. The chemicals are needed for an ongoing project.
This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice # NICHDClycerol05052021. In order to comply with the requirements in this notice, the responses should be based on our interpretation of the general requirements provided below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation as the program already issued a separate solicitation and received some quotes which will be evaluated at the same time as any other quotes/proposals received after this notice is completed.
