The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), has a requirement for and is soliciting quotes for Glock firearms – Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS 9mm Handguns, Glock 26 Gen 5 9mm Hand Guns with Night Sights and additional 9mm magazines in accordance with the Solicitation and Statement of Need.

The proposed award is limited to Glock, Inc., authorized distributors only.  The associated NAICS code is 332994, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, effective August 11, 2021.

The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Sam.Gov website http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 1333MF21QNFFK0077.  Quotes will be evaluated on a Low Price, Technically Acceptable basis.
