This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is FA5613-BPA-Thomas-GlobalDeicer and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50, Defense Acquistion Circular DPN 20010419, and Air Force Acquistion Circular 20110421. Pricing shall be shown as FOB Destination for the period 1 June 2011 - 31 May 2016 for delivery to Ramstein AB, Germany 66877. The price list will be validated annually by the Contracting Officer.
