The bids will be publicly opened immedi ately thereafter in CONFERENCE ROOM 2B. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is a range from $800,000 - $850,000. The character of the work is lane widening, intersection improvements, utility under grounding and new traffic signal construction. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for GLISAN AND 181ST INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS" and bearing the name and address of the bidder.
