The purpose of this contract is to install four Mini-Split Heating and Cooling Ductless HVAC Systems with wired thermostats for three residence houses and one meeting room located in the Mt. Baker Ranger District. Work includes remove and dispose of three existing oil furnaces heating, upgrade electrical panel for installation of ductless HVAC systems and wires to code.

The project work area is located ¼ mile across from the Glacier Public Service Center in the Mt. Baker Ranger District.
