ResCare Inc., Operator of the Guthrie Job Corps Center, Guthrie OK, intends to award a sole source subcontract to Peter Hoang, RDH, 713 Trisha Lane, Norman OK. The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by other than full and open competition is 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Center's requirement.
This requirement is for the provision of dental hygienist services to the Guthrie Job Corps Center located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period (1/1/2016-12/31/2016); with one, 6-month option period (1/1/2017-6/30/2017). The requirement includes the provision of dental hygienist services for an estimated 532 students. The subcontractor shall provide these services 16 hours per week.
