Source Sought Notice: The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting information from industry to assist in finalizing the acquisition strategy for the purchase of Giant Voice System spare parts that requires parts that are compatible with the original legacy system and not refurbished. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what products are on the market for these spare parts. The Giant Voice System here at Maxwell, AFB is ATI Sytems (ATI) proprietary equipment. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what products are on the market for these spare parts identified in the table below.

Siren Amplifier –must have embedded modem, analog to digital converter, RS-232 serial port interface, RS-485 serial port interface as well as wireless communication interface.

Digital Message Board – must report to the communication control unit (CCU) any local faults, such as intrusion, AC and/or charger failures, and low battery conditions and monitors the battery voltage of the siren internally (QTY-5)

NOTES OF IMPORTANCE:
To assist the Government in developing a potential acquisition strategy, please provide the following information:
a. Is your company capable of providing these requirements outlined in the table above?
b. If your company can provide the items above, utilizing other than ATI proprietary equipment, please provide documentation sufficient to support your capability (i.e. product data sheets, specificiations, etc.
c. If recommending a product other than an ATI proprietary equipement, is your product capable of fully integrating with the existing Giant Voice System, comprised of ATI products, without system alteration or functionality degradation.
