The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Acoustic Technology, Inc. (ATI) to provide Giant Voice System with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Brief Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide maintenance and troubleshooting of the E-Exam and Answer Sheet Manager software program, and optimize integration with said system and Air University Student Information System. The Government is contemplating an “OR EQUAL” acquisition for the name brand items listed in the tables listed in Paragraph 2.0 in the Statement of Requirements (SOR).  For all items listed in the table, please provide manufacturers, part numbers, and specifications for any compatible equipment other than the brand name items listed. If no “Or equal” exists, your response is also requested.

There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM).  Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).  Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.
