Offeror shall provide a proposal to conduct a professional on-site acoustic survey of the Hill Air Force Base's sound-level intensity to accurately determine equipment placement and capability to provide intelligible voice alarm messages and tone signals throughout the base. The proposal shall include the option for a turn-key solution to increase coverage capability of the existing WHELEN mass notification system (hereafter referred to as "Giant Voice Alert System") at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
