This is a notice that Laughlin Air Force Base intends to award to a single source due to proprietary rights. The Government intends to award to Acoustic Technology, Inc (ATI) for the replacement of the malfunctioning system components of the public address system to include the central control computer system and primary control transceiver. ATI will also conduct a PMI and system optimization on 16 remotely installed speaker towers. See attachment for full detail IAW 5.101(a) (2). This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification System code 423690 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Attached is a copy of the Contracting Officer's determination for soliciting from a single source.
